schedule for treatment

To enable us to provide the highest quality treatment, times for treatment have to follow a set schedule. This schedule has been worked out after discussions between the nursing staff and the management. It allows for your treatment to be carried out under optimum conditions of hygiene and safety.

The company in charge of your transportation will be kept informed of your schedule. Arrive 15 mins prior to treatment so that waiting times are pared to a minimum.

Dialysis times beginning from 6.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. - 9.30 p.m. depending on the session.
Night dialysis available from 9.30 p.m.

dialysis rooms

On arrival you will be asked to put your personal effects into the changing room and prepare yourself (shoe protections to be worn, change into suitable attire, wash your hands and the fistula arm).

5 rooms numbered 1 to 5 make up the area devoted to dialysis. Each patient is given his or her own room. The explanatory leaflet you will receive on arrival contains a layout of the dialysis area in the front.

Throughout your session, you will receive individual attention and your own nurse or care personnel. During the session, a television, phone, radio call, button and individual reading lamp are available.

A special room is reserved for dealing with emergencies

When the time for your appointment comes, a nurse or care personnel will come to fetch you.
Exception is made for bedridden patients or patients arriving directly by ambulance who will be taken directly to the dialysis beds set aside for them.
You will be asked to weigh yourself in the presence of a nurse or care personnel before getting into the dialysis bed or dialysis armchair.
Each patient is given his or her own room.
