Once a year you will be given a questionnaire to carefully fill out to enable us to improve the treatment and the welcome we provide. The results will be carefully studied by the management and supervisory body and action taken if necessary. You will receive feedback in writing.

It is forbidden:
- to smoke in the centre. A bench and ashtray are at your disposal at the front of the facility.
- to plug in electrical appliances without prior approval
- to have a mobile phone turned on
- to take non-prescribed medication, alcoholic beverages or any other prohibited substance
- to leave the building without prior medical consent.
Fire instructions are posted in the corridors near emergency exits. In the case of fire, follow the nursing team and fire-fighters instructions.
