Our secretarial staff files a request for medical expenses to be fully undertaken by the State. You will be requested to provide proof of medical insurance. You may travel to the centre with the transportation company of your choice, ambulance or taxi. Patients from member nations of the European Union can benefit from free medical treatment providing they complete forms E111 or E112. This form also enables them to have travel expenses refunded. Patients from outside the European Union must settle their stay at the centre when they leave with an invoice being provided.

Conditions of access to the patient's medical records are controlled by Doctors HAUSS, JORDAN and HAFI.
Information contained on the record may be disclosed to the patient or his or her representative but only if the professional code of ethics is respected . A doctor in charge of the establishment's medical information, the DIM (Dr HAUSS) and handles all medical data transferred electronically.
This information is protected by the Hippocratic oath. Each patient has a legitimate right to refuse any electronic handling of any data where he or she is specifically mentioned by name.
On admission day an appointment will be made to see the doctors before the session if you are under auto-dialysis or during the session if you are under haemodialysis.
The doctor will ask you to read and then sign a document giving information about the benefits and risks incurred by dialysis treatment. You will be given a copy upon request.
At the end of your stay, doctors will mail all the necessary information needed to complete your medical records. You will be given the results of your blood tests.
For children under 18 authorisation from the child's parents or legal guardian must be obtained before dialysis.
You may contact the doctors or head supervisor from the Centre d'hémodialyse de l'Archette directly in the event of accidents or in any requests for damages.
