The Centre d'hémodialyse de l'Archette uses a state-of-the-art procedure
for dialysate distribution.
Water is at base of dialysate production and it requires treatment
before passing into the generator.
The
first stage requires water from the mains to be treated.
The water passes along a line of water treatment processes which
includes filters, softener and an osmoser.
Once through the osmoser, the tap water is considered treated.
The
second stage involves transforming the treated water into dialysate.
Purified water is then mixed with concentrate, heated then distributed
to the generator.
During dialysate production quality controls are carried out.
